Dear Friend,
We’ve recently celebrated the 100th Day of School! (See our festive pictures on our Facebook page!) This milestone reminds us that our staff and students have shared 100 days of, in the words of second-grade teacher Ms. Osgood, “𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬!” While we reflect on the ways our children have grown in spiritual and academic accomplishments, we overflow with rejoicing because we also celebrate 100 days of God’s blessings! God showered us with His daily blessings. Since our last update, PTCS was rewarded with a literacy grant that will allow new-immigrant students to receive intensive tutoring, laying down a foundation for English Language Learning. Our middle schoolers showed high-level thinking and creativity through writing and recording original worship songs, which they will perform on February 25. (You can see their process on our Facebook page.). We have countless reasons to praise God, more than 100! More than 100 for each of the 100 days of school we’ve shared! Thank YOU for the many ways you’ve blessed the school ministry, whether, through your time or treasure, we rejoice in the gifts that make our work at Pui Tak Christian School possible now and into the future.
