Why did you come to work at PTCS?
I had a passion for children's ministry at a young age. After graduating college, I eagerly looked for a school to teach at, but God closed all the doors. Then, God unexpectedly opened the door to PTCS through my friend. Seeing that the vision at this school matched mine, my heart was drawn to PTCS, and I am now here!
What do you enjoy most about teaching?
I am a learner myself, and through my teaching experiences, I have learned so much about teaching, the subjects I teach, and the students. I also love seeing how students grow, not only academically but also socio-emotionally.
What are your favorite moments with students?
I love having one-on-ones with my students, talking about their lives outside of the classroom, and playing soccer and tag with them during recess. There is a lot more to students’ lives than what we see in the classroom!
