Name: Tricia Leman

Class: 3rd and 4th Grade

Qualification: Elementary Education degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Family: My parents live in my hometown of Roanoke, IL. My older brother and his wife just had a baby boy this past June. I love being an aunt! They currently reside in Philadelphia but are planning to move to St. Louis in March. I am excited to have them closer to home! My younger sister is a student at the University of Illinois in the Human Development and Family Studies program.

Hobbies: I enjoy listening to music, singing in the car, and reading. I also like traveling and would love to be able to visit more places around the world! Sometimes I like to play online quizzes that help me memorize the countries of the world and their capitals.

Music: Some of my favorite singer/songwriters are Sara Groves, Josh Garrels, and Jillian Edwards. I like acoustic, indie, and folk music.

Movies:  I grew up watching the Anne of Green Gables series, and I still love it!

Nobody would believe: I can tell you the name and location of every country in the world. (I think.) It's all the studying from those online quizzes!

Food: Sweet potatoes   

Books: This past year I read the Chronicles of Narnia series by C.S. Lewis. I can't believe I haven't read them before! They are a new favorite. Another favorite book of mine is Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers.
